He is a Senior Lecturer at School of Chinese Medicine of HKU and currently teaches Orthopedics and Tuina Courses. In addition to teaching part-time master courses in Orthopedics, Acupuncture, and Tuina, he has taught clinical attachments in Orthopedics, Acupuncture, and Tuina for undergraduate programs, as well as clinical attachments in Acupuncture and Moxibustion for master's programs.

He has been an active participant in teaching reform and the implementation of new teaching methods at both the university and faculty levels. This includes involvement in a three-university joint teaching and research project on Orthopedics and Traumatology, as well as employing PBL and OSCE teaching methods. Moreover, he has participated in the planning and development of the Orthopedics and Traumatology specialty within Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in Hong Kong.

Over the years, he has taken part in numerous lectures and exchange meetings, helping to build the reputation of the School of Chinese Medicine within the industry and society.

He has expertise in the treatment of orthopedic diseases and related conditions, such as neck, shoulder, back and leg pain, joint pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, nerve injury, sports injuries, etc. He uses minimally invasive treatment methods to treat some diseases. Feedback from the trained students and patients has been positive.
