The “Seminar on Integrative Medicine (IM) in the United States” conducted by Prof. Lixing Lao, President, Virginia University of Integrative Medicine, USA, was held on May 10, 2023 successfully, which has attracted a large audience including academics, medical professionals and students.

Prof. Lao shared how the definition of IM has been changing from time to time; the widespread application of IM in the West including the USA; and the three components of practicing IM: research, education, and patient care, etc.
