The length of presentation should be in 15 minutes,
including the questions and answers session. Both the medium
of presentation and presentation materials should be in
ENGLISH.
Microsoft PowerPoint will be available for your presentation.
Please prepare your presentation materials in Microsoft
PowerPoint and send us via mail (pgscm@hku.hk
) by August 12, 2007 for system testing. You are also
reminded to bring your own backup file in USB-stick or CD-ROM or
DVD-ROM at the day of presentation.¡@ |

Poster format:
-
The size (Width x Height) should be less than
36 in. x 42 in. (914mm x 1066 mm ). Owing to the size of
display panel, the maximum size allowed is: 36 in. x 48 in.
-
The content of presentation materials should be in
ENGLISH.
-
Remarks:
-
Presenters can mount their poster at the poster corner
(Meeting Room 306-308) during break and lunch time. Only
magic tapes can be used for mounting the posters.
Presenters are asked to prepare their own magic tapes
(double-sided) for mounting. Staplers were strictly
PROHIBITED for mounting on the display panel.
-
During the poster presentation session at 2:00-3:30pm,
the judges will go around the posters and discuss with
the presenters if necessary. Further time arrangement
will be announced during the session.
-
Please remain your poster posted and remove only after
5:00pm. While necessary, the organizing committee may
help you to remove the poster for you after 5:00pm and
return to you later.

Further notes to authors
-
All the accepted abstract, no matter being presented or not,
would be included in the proceedings of the symposium.
-
You may invite your supervisor and colleagues to come to the
symposium. Please note that prior registration procedure is
essential for their coming.
