Registration fees include conference luncheon on 2/12/2017 and tea refreshments on both days. 註冊費包括大會午餐(2/12/2017)及兩天茶點。
#1 The registration fee is non-refundable. 已繳費用, 概不退還。 #2 Please complete your payment within 60 calendar day(s) upon registration Or on or before 17/11/2017 18:00(HKT), whichever is earlier. 請務必於完成網上註冊後60日內或17/11/2017 18:00 (HKT) 之前(以較早者為準)完成付款程序。
* If you register as a full-time student, you are required to provide a copy of your student ID or relevant identify proof to the symposium secretariat via e-mail (pdysymposium2017@hku.hk) within 60 calendar days upon registration Or on or before 17/11/2017 17:00 (HKT), whichever is earlier. *必須在註冊後60日內或17/11/2017 17:00(HKT)之前(以較早者為準)透過電郵(pdysymposium2017@hku.hk)遞交學生證明文件副本予秘書處作核實。大會不能處理未經核實身份的全日制學生註冊申請。

Payment Methods 繳費方法

1.	By credit card 信用卡繳費:
	-	On-line payment by credit card can be made via the on-line registration system;
	-	可以透過網上註冊系統使用信用卡繳交註冊費;
	OR或;
2.	By cheque 支票繳費:
	-	Please send a crossed cheque (payable to “The University of Hong Kong”) to the following address,
		and indicate your name, contact number and e-mail address at the back of the cheque:
		Pong Ding Yuen Symposium Secretariat, School of Chinese Medicine, The University of Hong Kong,
		10 Sassoon Road, Pokfulam, Hong Kong.
	-	Please note that neither the Symposium Secretariat, the School of Chinese Medicine, the University of
		Hong Kong will be held responsible for any loss or theft in posting, should you choose to pay by cheque.
	-	遞交劃線支票 （ 收款人寫「香港大學」 ） 到香港薄扶林沙宣道10號，香港大學中醫藥學院，龐鼎元國
		際中醫藥研討會秘書處。請在支票背後清楚列明您的全名、聯絡電話及電郵地址。
	-	如您選擇遞交劃線支票以繳付註冊費，龐鼎元國際中醫藥研討會秘書處／香港大學中醫藥學院或香港大學
		均不會為郵遞支票過程中可能出現的任何損失負責。
