Dr Wang Ning is currently the Assistant Professor at the School of Chinese Medicine of the University of Hong Kong and a National Youth Qihuang Scholar. His major research interests include drug efficacy evaluation, mechanism research, safety investigation and preclinical drug development of Chinese medicine in the treatment of human cancers and metabolic diseases. Since 2023, he has published 136 papers in international peer-reviewed journals. The total number of citations reached 5,800, the H-index was 40. He has published more than 50 international conference papers or abstracts, edited 20 books and book chapters, and applied 10 international and national patents. He has been awarded more than HK$10 million fundings to support his research.
