Professor Feng Yibin

Biography
Professor Feng Yibin is currently a Professor of the School of Chinese Medicine; Co-Director of the HKUMed Centre of Integrative Medicine, the University of Hong Kong, and a member of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia Committee, a standing director of the 8th Council of the National Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine Higher Education, a vice-president of the World Society of Chinese Medicine Immunology, a member of the Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Council, a member of the Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Development Committee, a member of the Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Government Chinese Medicine Testing Center, a member of the Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Development Fund, a standing member of the Hong Kong Registered Chinese Medicine Association and a member of the Chinese Medicine and Integrative Medicine Related Committees of the Hospital Authority (HA) of Hong Kong. He is mainly engaged in integrating Chinese and Western medicine in the prevention and treatment of cancer and metabolic diseases. He has published more than 700 various kind of publications including over 250 SCI papers in reputable international journals and 40 books and book chapters among which he is editor in chief for 2 monographs and 1 national textbook. He also serves as editorial board members and reviewers for more than 70 international journals. Since 2017, according to the Essential Science Indicator (ESI) of Clarivate analytics, he has been listed as one of the top 1% of Hong Kong University scholars in the world for 9 consecutive years, and has also been listed as one of the top 2% of Stanford University scholars.
