Biography

Dr. Kevin Ho is an Endangered Species Protection Officer of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD). His work at the AFCD includes, inter alia, licensing control over endangered animals regulated by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) and scheduled under the Protection of Endangered Species of Animals and Plants Ordinance (Chapter 586 of the Laws of Hong Kong), identification of suspected specimens of endangered animals, provision of expert statement assisting prosecution related to endangered animals, and delivery of training to front-line enforcement officers in relation to identification of endangered species.
